We believe movement should be personal, purposeful, and up lifting. At LO Pilates, we offer tailored private (1:1) and semi-private (2:1) Reformer Pilates classes designed to help you feel—and look—like the very best version of yourself.

The Studio

Our boutique home studio is a private, light-filled sanctuary, thoughtfully designed in collaboration with interior designer Polly Wilby. Dedicated entirely to your movement journey, it offers a tranquil escape from the daily hustle. By combining high-end Reformer equipment with the deeply personalised attention you won't find in a crowded gym or large fitness studio, we ensure every session is focused entirely on you.

We are nestled in a prime location with fantastic transport links, making your commute stress-free:

• Parking: Free on-street parking right outside.

• Train: Just a 10-minute walk from Mortlake Station.

• Bus: A short walk from major bus routes connecting Richmond, Putney, Barnes, and Chiswick.

• Nature: We are just a 5-minute stroll from the beautiful Richmond Park—perfect for a post-Pilates walk!

Baby-Friendly Facilities

We passionately support new and expecting parents. Babies are warmly welcomed to our pre and postnatal sessions. To ensure your little one is just as comfortable as you are, we provide baby bouncers, play mats, feeding spaces, and full nappy-changing facilities.
